How the BridgeUSA Exchange Works

From international recruitment to ongoing support, IAG USA manages every stage of the BridgeUSA Teacher Exchange Program — ensuring your district partners with certified, English-proficient educators who bring global perspectives to your classrooms.

Through partnerships with Ministries of Education, teacher training universities, and government institutions — primarily across Latin America and other regions — IAG USA identifies certified teachers who meet BridgeUSA and state-level requirements.

Candidates hold valid teaching degrees, classroom experience, and an English proficiency of B2 or higher.

We focus on high-demand areas such as Special Education, Math, Science, and Dual Language Programs.

We ensure teachers are ready and on the right path towards state certification and licensure.

We coordinate travel, transportation, and essential services, preparing teachers to start at your school.
